Holler Law Firm adds Managing Attorney for Connecticut Closing Operations

Connecticut’s restrictive real estate laws make the homebuying and closing process somewhat complicated – both for prospective homeowners and title companies trying to conduct business in the Constitution State. As a result, home shoppers routinely end up confused about title fees and national title companies end up avoiding lucrative opportunities in Connecticut.

That’s why the Holler Law Firm focuses on specific functions required by Connecticut law, including title insurance and disbursement, to simplify closings, streamline transactions and keep costs to a minimum. To continue toward this end, Holler Law Firm recently added Ryan Sullivan as managing attorney for closing operations. Sullivan will work closely with Carrie Beningo, Holler Law Firm’s closing team leader to coordinate closings for all of the firm’s purchases, sales, and refinances, as well as REO transactions.
