Aimee Nangle is a tenured HR professional with twenty years of progressive experience/roles in all HR function. She is a strong leader of people, a lifelong learner, an active listener and a creative decision-maker.
Over the course of her career, Aimee has brought technology in Human Resources to the forefront for businesses who have struggled with coming current and improved company culture and morale through thoughtful interaction and engagement. She has also made employee wellness a priority and has advocated for initiatives to make employees healthier, both mind and body.
Aimee has authored diversity initiatives and led diversity and inclusion committees to make employees feel more connected and empowered. She is a firm believer in developing current talent and has experience in succession planning to ensure a company’s future success. Aimee is a published author and a frequent contributing writer to several HR publications on a variety of topics, including hiring and generational gaps and leadership development.
A graduate of King’s College, London, Aimee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English Language and Letters and a minor in Music. When not at work, she is an avid equestrian and cares for her family, including two beloved rescue dogs.
