Beth Young has a long history in the real estate industry dating back to her first job as an escrow assistant for Chicago Title Company in Fresno, California, in 1992. While at CTC, Beth worked her way up the ranks to Escrow Officer/Closer eventually managing her own branch office closing residential, agricultural, and commercial transactions.
Wanting to gain an in depth understanding of the full process from start to finish, she decided to take a leap of faith into the realm of real estate brokerages by accepting the position of Operations Manager for the top Realty World franchise in Northern California. Being a part of the housing market in the heart of the Silicon Valley in the early 2000’s was quite a ride and an invaluable education. The pace of listing>offer>closing was like lightning and Beth knew there would be no way to effectively keep up without some sort of online management tool. Little did she know, that need would shape her career for the next 15 years.
Beth became a pioneer in both Transaction Coordination and online Transaction Management Systems. She co-founded Realt-eTransAct, one of the first real estate transaction coordination companies in the country in 2004 and served in the Role of Vice President until 2008. During that time, she was awarded Most Innovative by her peers at the Hispanic Association of REALTORS and Affiliates in San Jose, CA.
In 2008, Beth and her family moved to Houston, Texas, so she could join the corporate team at Stewart Title as first the Director of Account Management and late the Vice President of their Realty Segment. Her focus there was on providing the best technology and integrations for REALTORS and making sure they knew how to make the most of the provided tools for their business. This opportunity allowed her to work directly with real estate brokerages on a nationwide scale to develop documented workflows, create agent training programs, and analyze efficiencies in the processes.
While working on a national level was exciting and challenging, she is happy to return to the family culture and values that are an institution at Holler Law Firm. Building the business together and in support of one another is the most rewarding way to work, and being a part of the Holler team allows us to do that every day.
