A multi-state relationship starts with a clear scope: where the properties are, which services you need, and the deadlines your team is working toward.
For month-end work, bring expected volume and requested dates to that conversation. We don’t publish month-end capacity or turn-time figures, so we agree on both with you before you commit a date to your borrower.

Can we send only part of a file?
Yes. Title agencies and lenders can assign title work, document preparation, or closing and settlement services. Each state page lists what we handle there.
Can we work with you across multiple states?
Yes. We work in 10 states, with an attorney admitted in each, and one team handles the work in all of them. Our state coverage pages list the services we provide in each.
How should we plan for month-end volume?

Who conducts an attorney-state signing?
In attorney-signing states, a licensed attorney conducts the closing.
How do orders and documents reach you?
We work in ResWare and have experience with XML integrations for orders, notes, documents, search data, and action events. Tell us what system you use, and we’ll work out the connection before the first file.
