Which of these do we actually need?

That depends on the state, and it is the first thing we confirm when a file arrives. Some states reserve only the deed and the title opinion for an attorney; others reserve the search, the closing, and the disbursement too. Each state page lists exactly what we handle there.

See what each state requires

  • Assign one service, or the whole file
  • Work is confirmed against that state’s requirements before it moves
  • Purchases and refinances, commercial, default, CEMAs, and co-ops
  • One team across 10 states, not a firm per state
Common questions

Our services, answered.

Can we assign just one service, or does it have to be the whole file?

Either. Many clients send only the pieces that need an attorney in their state, such as document preparation or the title opinion. Others hand over the file from search through recording. The state pages list what each jurisdiction requires.

Who conducts the closing?

A licensed attorney conducts every closing in an attorney-signing state.

Is Purchase & Sale a Holler Law Firm service?

Connecticut purchase and sale closings are handled by Mancuso Carey, a Connecticut real estate firm that joined the Holler Law Firm family. It keeps its own name, team, and offices; the two firm names are related but separate.
