Attorney-state closings are unique in the mortgage lending industry. While speed and convenience rule the notary signing world, our regulators require competence and diligence over all else. While our attorneys appreciate this difference, they also understand that most lenders do not. We work every day to deliver first rate legal representation at the pace and convenience offered by notary signing agents.

Our practice is not a signing agency, but a real law firm, delivering a comprehensive suite of legal services. In attorney-signing states, only members of our law firm conduct closings for us—we don’t use 1099 attorneys—to ensure we’re protecting our clients’ confidential information and consistently delivering quality service. We engage outside ethics counsels to review our processes to be sure we remain compliant with the ever-changing regulatory environment.
