Document Preparation

With Holler Law Firm, you never have to be concerned about thoroughness, accuracy, state compliance or the timely delivery of critical mortgage documents. Upon completion we will deliver them via secure integration with your document management platform or overnight delivery, depending on the type of document and/or your preference of conveyance. We produce documents within lender and regulatory time frames and perform updates ASAP.

Primarily, we prepare deeds in those states that require the deed be written by an attorney. We know each jurisdiction’s detailed deed submission requirements, thereby minimizing the risk of rejection at recording.

We also take care of the Closing Disclosure or HUD statement in states where the law requires attorney preparation.
